A few Saturdays ago, we went to a bowling party put on by a local autism support group we belong to. It was SO fun! If they hadn't held the event, we probably wouldn't have tried bowling for a long time. We were pleasantly surprised how much the kids liked it! The Buddy would just jump up and down watching the ball roll down the lane & hit the pins. Sometimes the kids didn't care to watch it hit the pins - they were already on to get the next ball. There was no keeping score - just taking turns - and even then, I think we ended up with two balls going at once. The bumpers were most definitely up and we even found a little ramp that got the ball going with a little more momentum. I was amazed to see the Princess hefting these 8-lb. ball around - she is strong! We had so much fun and we will definitely go again!
